  1. To listen to Sammy and Buffy   .....   YOU WILL NEED A CAR STEREO IN WORKING ORDER!

  2. The speed limit at the Malahide Castle site is 15kph. There will be lots of children on site, so we kindly ask that you be careful and stick to the speed limit and always drive responsibly.

  4. After the Panto, our staff will guide you to the nearest exit point. Please be patient. We will have all vehicles out and on the way home within 10-15 minutes.

  5. Spaces are allocated on a first come, first served basis. There is no priority, VIP or pre-booked parking available. Each vehicle must take up only one parking space designated by our stewards. If you are driving a large or 7 seater vehicle, you will be asked to park in spaces allocated for higher or larger vehicles. All vehicles will be asked to park close together. This is to ensure all of our audience have a clear view of the screen.

  6. Toilets and disabled toilet facilities are provided for emergency use only. Please use the toilet before you leave for the venue.

  7. First aid personnel will be on site and available if required. Please contact any member of staff if you require assistance at any stage.

  8. Disabled, visually impaired or accompanied persons are given priority parking if required. Please let us know in advance (ideally when booking) if you require any assistance.

  9. This is a family event so we kindly ask parents to keep children under control at all times. Children should not be left unattended in vehicles at any time whatsoever.

  10. Offensive language, fighting, abusive or distracting behaviour is not permitted at our Panto. Admission is at the discretion of the event organiser or duty manager.

  12. Tickets must be printed. Please print your ticket and bring it along with you on the night. Our staff will scan you into the site and allocate a relevant parking space suitable to your vehicle. This allocation is made so that our audience can have the best experience possible and we ask that you obey our staff’s instructions in this matter.

  13. You must have a fully working FM stereo in your vehicle. Handheld FM tuners are also suitable. Details will be displayed on screen upon arrival.

  14. Please check weather reports and dress accordingly. Stay warm!

  15. Adverse weather will not affect the screening as you will be inside your vehicle. We advise you to clean your windscreen and ensure that your wipers are operating efficiently so that you can view the Panto in heavy rain.

If an issue should arise, these vehicles will be asked to park at the end of an aisle.

  20. No pets are permitted but assistance, accompany and visual guide dogs are always welcome at Panto on the Big Screen. Please let us know at the time of Booking.
